In Studio Appointment – What To Expect

Lots of things have changed lately as we adjust to our ‘new normal’ but thankfully, a lot in the area of hat hire remains the same! We want to let you know exactly what happens when you come into the studio so you know what to expect.

 
 
To get an appointment, you visit our website here and pick a date and time that suits you. You’ll be asked to fill out a brief questionnaire (just 5 questions) and this helps Jennifer to be prepared with a selection of hats for you. 
There are over 1,000 headpieces to choose from so having Jennifers expertise narrowing it down can really help!

 
 
Before you come to the studio, Jennifer will get you to send a picture of your outfit so that she has an even better idea of what you need.

Top Tip: It’s important that you take a picture of your outfit in daylight so that the colours are accurate!
 
 
When you arrive at the studio, we have a station for sanitising your hands. All guidelines are followed and masks are worn at all times.
 
Jennifer will take another look at the outfit in person and will chat through exactly what you’re looking for now that you’ll see some headpieces in person!
 
As mentioned above, there are over 1000 hats available to hire so Jennifer will work with you to narrow down her choices even more to suit your needs. Once you’ve picked your chosen hat, you can book it for the specific date you require and pay for it there and then. It’s such a simple process!
 
Depending on the date of your event, you can take it away with you or you can book it in for collection/delivery.
 
And as if all of that wasn’t enough, Jennifer also has a large selection of jewellery and accessories available to buy which are all chosen to compliment the headpieces. You’ll see these displayed in the studio. It really is a one-stop-shop for your event needs!
