Online Consultation – What To Expect

Even though restrictions have been mostly lifted, it can still suit many people to have online consultation for hat hire. You may live in another country, a good distance from the studio or just want to play things safe. We have you covered no matter what!

As with every consultation, we want to be as prepared as possible to provide you with the best service during your appointment. So, before you book in, we’ll ask you to fill out a short questionnaire to give us an idea of what you need and how we can help you!

There is a fee for the online consultation of €30 and this entitles you to 30% off your hat hire. Once this is paid, you’re all booked in!  Jennifer will request a photo of your outfit in daylight to give a good view of the colours. Daylight is really important so that Jennifer chooses the correct colours to match or complement the colours in your outfit and we all know how important lighting is!

Jennifer will pick a selection of headpieces and during the consultation, she will try on multiples to show you how they fit and look to suit the outfit.  You’ll have her undivided attention and can ask as many questions as you like. Jennifer will not steer you wrong!

Once you’ve decided on your perfect headpiece, a link will be sent for the chosen piece online. You can book it in and the hat will be delivered for your chosen date.
