Shipping Policy for Jennifer’s Hat Emporium

Shipping:
We are based in Kildare, Ireland, we package and ship orders 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday).

All our orders are delivered by An Post. Jennifer’s Hat Emporium is not responsible for any items that are lost via the standard postal service.

If you have concerns about using standard post please opt for the traceable shipping option, we will send you a copy of your track & trace number for you to track your delivery.

By placing your order you are agreeing to these terms & conditions. Please be aware that customers are responsible for all custom & duty charges.

With new Covid restrictions in place nationally and internationally, items can take a little longer to be delivered.

Unfortunately, this is out of our control so we do ask that you allow for delays.
