Hiring a hat is a little different from your normal shopping experience.  It’s important to make the right choice and we are often asked about how the process works.   Here we explain what you should do when you decide you want to hire a hat from Jennifer’s Hat Emporium.

Two options to hat hire

You have two options, the most convenient one may be to visit our website and view the hats.  You can then decide which one you like and with a few clicks it can be booked immediately. Saving you time and effort by ordering from the comfort of your home.  We will deliver it to you on the date required.

Alternatively, you can visit our studio by making an appointment with us.  We cannot accommodate anybody without an appointment so pick a day and time and we will look forward to welcoming you. You can do this online on our website and it is a really easy process.  However, if you would prefer you can phone, email or message us via social media.

Come prepared

Once you arrive at the studio you will have a 30-minute consultation appointment.  We schedule the appointments back to back so come on time to enjoy the whole experience.  During the session, we want to encourage you to look at as many hats and headpieces as you desire.  We will share our expert advice, helping you to pick a shape that suits.  Don’t forget to bring your outfit, shoes and accessories so you can get the whole view.  Each appointment is designed to concentrate on just one person.  However, we often have small groups of friends or relations that want to come together.  We love when that is the case, but let us know if there is more than one so we can book you more time.   We want to give everybody the attention they deserve so there are no rushed decisions.

Collection or delivery

Once you have made your selection, we will arrange to book it for the days you need it. You have the option to come back to collect on the day or we can have it delivered to you.  Whatever option is best for you.
